Back-to-School Time: Prepping for School Lunches
It's hard to believe that my baby will be going to school this fall. Even though it is just two half days a week, it's still a monumental step in her life.
Since we are only two weeks out from D-Day, it's time to get organized. I thought I'd pass along a few items that I ordered to get her ready for the days she will be eating lunch at school.
1) Airtight Food Storage Container - 3.6 Cup Square Divided Lock & Lock - Here is a great food storage container from Organize.com that was recommended to me by a local mom of two boys of preschool age. There are several containers in here, so you can put carrots in one, raisins in another, etc. Obviously, this works best in a flat laying container.
2) Laptop Lunches
BPA, PVC, phthalate and lead free lunch boxes and carrying case. Very cool! I didn't buy this since we already have a lunch box.
3) Toddler BPA-Free Sippy Cup Sampler - Starting school with some new sippies. Decided to go with The Soft Landing's sampler of the BPA-Free cups to see which ones she likes best.
4) Wrap 'n Mat - Perfect for wrapping sandwiches instead of using plastic baggies. Just wipe and clean and reuse.
5) Label Maker or Sharpie - To label everything!! I also waterproof sippy cup labels from places like Sippy Cup Labels.com.
Hope that helps with your back-to-school. Any other products you love? Any tips? Please add below.

Thanks, Samara! What a great site indeed. I'll definitely take a look and do a post about it at some point. With my second baby on the way, I need all the help I can get!
